Tim Randell has been a major advocate for responsible building practices for the past several years. In 2001, he began to focus his attention on the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) industry in Tennessee, a market he discovered to be underserved and overpriced. He now assists consumers in reducing energy loads in their homes by integrating new technology and energy efficient products.
Randell is LEED AP certified and a Certified Green Professional (CGP). He is a licensed Industrial, Commercial and Residential General Contractor and a participating member of the Green Building Council and the Home Builder's Association. He is a certified AIA and NAHB instructor. He has taught numerous seminars, provided classes on building to the public, been heard on various radio shows as a featured guest and has brought his certified courses to many architects and engineering firms throughout Tennessee.
Randell’s zeal in his mission to educate the consumer and the industry about alternative ways of building smarter and utilizing green technology is contagious to the listener.
